Hi, I wonder why the Control Chart in Jira shows the average days as 1 day = 24h I there is the option to differenciate working days and non-working days it should also make the difference in the average. I mean, in "Include non-working days" as you mention "Issues are artificially taking longer to Viewing the Burndown Chart. Click Jira home > Projects > then select the relevant project.
